What is an insurance?

Insurance is your financial support against unforeseen events. When you hire it, you pay a small amount regularly (bonus) so that, in the event of accidents, illnesses or losses, the insurer provides you with the necessary financial support. It’s a smart way to protect what you value most.

Insurance Waiting Period: Why does it exist?

It is an established time that occurs between the contracting of coverage and its availability. This means that during a previously determined time, part or all of our insurance coverage cannot be used. The reason for this waiting period is to ensure that you do not contract the policy only to treat something that you suffered from before, for example, health insurance does not cover surgeries during this period in case you have contracted it only to cover this and not for the future.

What insurance do I need as a self-employed individual/business?

What insurance needs my dog?

With the new Animal Welfare Law, dog insurance was also made mandatory, which is civil liability insurance that would take care of any damage caused to third parties. For example, if your dog bites a third person and they report you, if you were not committing any recklessness such as taking it without a leash or without a muzzle in the case of a dangerous breed, the insurance would cover the compensation for the complaint.
